Refund Policy
Last updated: April 22, 2026. This page explains the default refund posture for Chocoberry subscriptions.
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase, payments for Chocoberry subscriptions are final and non-refundable once charged.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges for the applicable plan. Cancellation does not, by itself, create a right to a full or partial refund for the current billing period.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund, withdrawal right, or cancellation right, those legal rights are not limited by this policy.
Chocoberry may review reported duplicate charges, clear payment errors, or unauthorized transactions on a case-by-case basis together with the payment processor. Review of a payment issue does not guarantee a refund outcome.
Payment processing, tax handling, receipts, and some dispute workflows may be handled by Paddle or other payment service providers. Those providers may impose additional checkout disclosures, timelines, or procedural requirements.
